This client is an Outsourced Human Resource Benefits Administrator owned by a Financial Services Company. Our client conducts multiple Health & Welfare (Health Insurance) open enrollment cycles annually. Our client's challenge was to design, document and deliver a standard open enrollment process. We were engaged to project manage an 18 company, 100,000 participant open enrollment period and design a standardized delivery template for subsequent management by their project office.
We partnered with our client utilizing Cheryl Gross & Associates project management methodology to:
Conduct a multi-media enrollment which included: paper, auto-attendant, internet,
call-center and default processing.
Enhance the Operating System to reflect Plan Year changes.
Distribute enrollment results to 90 unique service providers.
Deliver Open Enrollment services without incremental adds to staff.
We leveraged the efforts of our client's team by assigning a senior project manager to manage the project for 35 days over a 5 month period. Working jointly with our client's team, we were able to deliver all aspects of the Open Enrollment on a timely basis and design the process currently utilized by their Project Office to manage all Open Enrollments.
